Shipping Guide
Cost of shipping is included in our prices if you choose "free shipping" in the check out. Pleasuredome will determine if the parcel will be shipped directly to mailbox or Post agent. If you want the parcel to go directly via a Post agent then choose the option Post Office in the check out--that way you also ensure that the parcel is traceable.
The shipment option "to mailbox" applies under the premise that it the parcel will fit into the mailbox. Maximum size is 34x24x7 cm och weight should be not more than 2kg. If the package/order is beyond the stated size, it will automatically go to the pick up agent even if the chosen shipping method is delivery to mailbox.
Orders are normally sent the same day or the first working day after the order has been made. When there is a high work load, it may take 2-5 days. Normal Postal delivery time may vary between 1-4 days. We will e-mail a tracking code and a link so costumers can follow their shipments online. Parcels can be collected at the local service point if shipped with Postnord.
The unclaimed parcels will normally be on hold for 7 -14 days at the service point. If a parcel was returned to us, then the freight cost will be invoiced to the costumer unless some other agreement has been made with us.
If you shipped the parcel back to us, we take no responsibility if parcel is lost. Always use traceable shipping options.
If shipped with DHL or UPS, the parcel will be delivered at the address of the customer if no other arrangements have been made. If no one is available to receive the parcel then a notification will be sent via post, email or sms and you can call DHL or UPS and arrange for a more convenient time or place.
Free shipping is applicable to Sweden, Denmark and Finland is with free shipping.
Partial delivery might occur if all the products ordered are not in stock. If so, then pleasuredome will carry all costs. You as a customer will not be billed for any extra costs due to this.
If there are any delays in our deliveries then we will send an email to inform you. In that mail you will find the new shipping date and you will have the option to cancel the order if you are not able to wait.
Anonymous packing: All parcels are shipped in simple brown boxes or padded envelopes. No other information except the name and adress of the recipient is on the package.
Payment
The easiest way to make a payment is via Klarna. You may use your card or choose to pay via invoice. The option for invoice is free and this means that you can, free of charge, pay your order 30 days after they are shipped. The invoice will be sent by Klarna within a couple of days via email. If you have not received the invoice 7 days after delivery then please contact us. You may also log in to your account at Klarna to monitor your purchase.
If you want to place an order via email, we will put the order in to the system manually using Klarna as payment method. Klarna will then send you a link to which you need to approve to finalize the order.
